So I think it is time I put one of these on the main pages....


Although I share healthy lifestyle, food and fitness discussions with you all, I am not an RD or MD or certified personal trainer (although I would like to get that soon), so please please check with your doctor before doing any new exercises or trying any new diet plans - they are the experts, and know what they are talking about in terms of your life and fitness - also listen to yourself, your body is pretty smart and responsive when trying new things!

I just want to be able to share my everyday experiences, whether they be fitness, food, health, or a combo of all three (ok who am I playing - or about something absolutely random). I hope you are able to gain some insightful tidbits, along with some good workouts and recipes, and email me with any questions you might have about the blog or my life and the way I live it/blog it.
